Seaming Rebuilding
 Besides producing equipment and seaming rebuilding, we also rebuild and modify machines.
The purpose is to restore seaming rebuilding original performance and service life, obtain adequate production speed, reach higher quality standards, and guarantee reliability. 
Seaming Machines are rebuilt entirely at our factory.
If desired, the customer can be periodically informed on the status of the job. This direct contact provides all the information required for obtaining the best possible result and optimises the rebuilding or modification process.

Technical consulting services
for seaming rebuilding

The consulting services provided by GRC s.n.c range from simple advice on how to adjust machines, to choosing suitable profiles and offering suggestions on how to solve problems that may occur with machines. We even carry out feasibility studies and/or develop complete projects to the customer’s specifications - even those outside of commonly used standards.
Service after the sale and rebuilding

We support our products after delivery, install components on the machine at the customer’s location, and are present when a machine we have rebuilt is placed on the production line and started up.

The production cycle for our equipment and seaming rebuilding, whose use is diversified between the food preservation and canning industries, creates finished components with the correct characteristics for meeting specific requirements. To accomplish this, we take the following steps: 
• Technical evaluation of each component, with a detailed description of its characteristics;
• The use of suitable materials, such as tool-grade steel or stainless steel
• Careful quality control after nitriding, hardening or tempering of the steel
• Application of additional surface coatings such as CVD, PVD, HARD CHROME, UCAR, S.L., etc. if desired.
• Accurate control of the entire production cycle, from design to manufacture
All the equipment we produce - such as seaming rolls and chucks for seam folding machines, and beading sectors - are grounded to a centesimal tolerance on both traditional and CNC numeric-control machine tools.
In particular, profiles are carefully crafted and controlled to achieve high standards of dimensional/geometric precision and surface smoothness. |
